A bit about Rob

Property is most definitely my passion; I have been working in this industry for over 30 years now.  Starting out as a negotiator for a chain of Estate Agents, I have worked in many areas of the industry including a long stint at a firm of Chartered Surveyors. Here I gained broad knowledge in all areas of the residential and commercial property industry including sales and acquisitions, estate management, lease and rent renewals, rent reviews, commercial negotiations, party wall negotiations, rights to light, value enhancement and property development.  

After two successful years working for a residential developer in St Albans, I set up a development company in partnership with a building contractor. We focused on building new homes and residential conversions in Hertfordshire, as well as flatted developments, high-end luxury apartments and stylish London offices. 

I have built up a great network of contacts over the years and have a strong team of highly experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy people working with me who deliver to the highest standards. I personally project manage every job to ensure those high standards remain consistent and each job is delivered on time and to budget.  I am pleased to say that the majority of my work comes through recommendation.
